The Founders

Backing yourself - that’s always been our mindset. From day one, it’s been about having a vision, putting in the work, and making things happen, no excuses, no waiting for the “right time.” That mentality has shaped everything we do, from business to life.

That drive led us to build our own businesses. Alex runs Pulse Electrical & Air, building his name in the electrical industry, while Teege owns Happi Living, a disability support business helping people live life to the fullest.

Running our own businesses has taught us a lot about risk, resilience, and what it really takes to turn an idea into something real. But through it all, one thing never changed: the dream of starting our own clothing brand together.

Why TEAL?

TEAL isn’t just a brand, it’s a mindset. A reminder that there’s no perfect time, no green light, no guarantees. You either sit around waiting, or you back yourself and go for it.

That’s why our motto is “Quit Waiting.” Because that’s exactly what we did. We stopped waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect conditions, the perfect plan, we just went for it. TEAL is for the ones willing to take the leap, put in the work, and bet on themselves.

The Journey

Starting TEAL wasn’t just about making clothes, it was about building something real, something bigger than ourselves. No shortcuts, no handouts, just two best mates backing an idea and seeing where it takes us.

From designing our first pieces to figuring out the ins and outs of launching a brand, we’ve been learning on the fly. It’s been challenging, exciting, and everything in between, but that’s what makes TEAL special. It’s built on passion, persistence, and the drive to make it happen.

What’s Next?

We’ve got big plans for TEAL. This isn’t just a side project, it’s something we’re all in on, and we’re only just getting started. We want TEAL to be a brand that means something to people, a brand that stands for backing yourself and going after what you want.
